Our first year of using the electronic clinical messaging portal has been met with great success from patients, carers and staff.
We have over 8160 patients registered on the portal out of our 11700 registered.

Dr Dwivedi along with 3 nurse practitioners – Sharon Dobson, Ella Pullman and Sarah Turrel check every request and give clinical advice, prescriptions , consultations or book investigations and follow up as needed through the portal with over 70 requests per day !
